The Robert Wood Woodfin Community Farm, also known as the Falconhurst Back Forty, is a newly formed organization committed to promoting social, cultural, and agricultural activities in our West Asheville neighborhood. We are developing a place where the spirit of community can thrive, where individuals and families can come together to plan, to work, and to share community activities. We want to encourage, inspire and educate our neighbors, the people of Asheville and beyond by modeling neighborhood-scale sustainability.

We work with Patchwork Urban Farms and Falconhurst Community Garden to grow food for local distribution. We will be working with RiverLink to protect our streambed and riparian zone. Cob oven pizza parties, nature walks, and old-time music by the bonfire are a regular occurrence.

We have many more grand plans, and you can be a part of them! Sign up for our mailing list to stay informed about our progress and events.
